SHIPPING POLICY
Off Duty Anglers products are made to order. This means your order is produced after it is placed rather than being pulled from pre-stocked inventory.
ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Most orders require time for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, product availability, and fulfillment location.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at aarron@golocalyn.com. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
When tracking is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate. You may also contact us for assistance.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at aarron@golocalyn.com with your order number.
We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is available for your destination, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
